Dealer Notes

Explore every possibility with the 2019 Toyota Highlander. This SUV features an inspired front fascia with a dynamic front grille and expressive headlights, which now feature daytime running lights, amplifying its signature look. And don’t forget about the brilliant LED taillights for added visibility in the rear. The Highlander also shows off its athletic side with a selection of available alloy wheels. The roomy interior gives you enough space to seat up to 8 people and provides more comfort along the way with reclining third-row seats. Available second-row captain’s chairs help the Highlander comfortable seat 7 and offer the same great versatility. The 60/40 split third-row seat also has the ability to fold flat to accommodate your cargo needs. Your passengers can have the whole sky to entertain them, thanks to the available panoramic moonroof. If they need a little more, there’s the available rear-seat Blu-ray entertainment system. This 9-inch display screen comes with RCA jacks, remote and 2 pairs of wireless headphones. Highlander comes standard with the 2..7liter 4-cylinder automatic engine, but you can opt for the available 3.5liter V6 direct-injection engine on SE and Limited trims. Combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission you get more control on the road. The available stop and start engine system shuts the engine off when the car is at rest (at a stoplight) to help you save more fuel. And when the road gets adventurous, this SUV embraces it with available dynamic torque-control all-wheel drive. Let’s not forget hauling power â€" the Highlander can be equipped to tow up to 5,000 lbs. The Highlander offers a range of convenient features for staying connected on the road, including 5 USB ports, driver easy speak to communicate with rear passengers and Entune app access. You’ll also find a comprehensive suite of safety features such as blind spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert and bird’s eye view camera.

  • Front seat headrests force head too far forward

By Ken on Friday, June 21, 2019

    4.0
This is our 2nd Highlander Hybrid and we are keeping our 2008. My gripe is with the front seat headrests that force one's head too far forward and are not adjustable like the Subaru's. The 2008 is comfortable, but the 2019 is not because of the headrest. It's especially a problem now that I have sciatica and should keep my back straighter and my hip rotated a bit forward.
  • All is Aweome but the Voice Recognition/NAV a ZERO

By bethereornot on Monday, April 09, 2018

    5.0
The ride, power and technology is awesome. But like I said in the Summary, I give the the Navigation and the Voice recognition a big fat 0 out of 10. I thought Siri could be bad, this takes bad to another level. NAV never takes the route that my phone gives me, not even close. My brother and I both bought a new Toyota about a week apart and the experience is the same for both of us, so much we joke about it on the phone because he lives 500 miles away. We will be in our SUV and say listen to this. Directions to main st Columbus Ohio, it will come back and say finding a doughnut shop closest to you (just an Example) We have both trained and retrained the system but owell we both have smart phones to rescue us and that isnt why either of us bought our SUV. I would buy it again even with the short comings of some of the techy stuff.
  • Great Quality, Excellent Value with 15% off MRSP

By Sam on Wednesday, August 07, 2019

This is my third SUV: Lexus LX470 lasted 18 yrs, then Honda CRV and finally the Highlander. I love this car. Got a great deal with 15% off MRSP and 5 yrs comprehensive warranty plus 2 years free maintenance. I guess the dealers want to push out their stocks before the arrival of the totally new 2020 model. The car feels very solid and quiet. It steers very well for a car of its size. The suspension system is excellent in bumpy roads. Engine performance is a bit lazy. I don't feel the 295HP in action. My 4 Cyl CRV was faster. But the transmission is really smooth in shifting between the 8 gears. Even on the very basic 6 Cyl model, the car has a comprehensive set of safety options I did not encounter the voice command problem that everyone is talking about. All in all I feel this car will last 15 years like my LX470
All sales subject to tax, title and registration fees and $549 dealer fee.
